DHL Corner tube type Chain Grate Coal Fired Boiler Product structure:

“n” type for boiler overall layout, which is composed of Φ1600mm drum, furnace water wall, external down pipe, large scale chain grate, two groups of economizer and air preheater tubes.
Drum is external and the furnace is fully enclosed membrane wall structure. Convection heating surface uses gas tube surface structure and it has no steel frame, unique and safe water cycle, and start quickly.
Boiler uses the lower supporting, suspended ceiling, heat-resistant concrete light furnace wall.

The features of the structure and technology of DHL Series Corner Tube Chain Grate Boiler:

1. DHL series chain grate coal boiler adopts two patents from Xi’an Jiaotong University:

1) Flying dust re-combustion equipment based on the high temperature separation

2) Combined uniform flow design technique of DHL Series Corner Tube Chain Grate Boiler flag pattern surface

2. The crossgirder grate is adopted, so it has the features of less operation resistance, better cooling effect of grate, lower breakdown rate and less fuel leak. And the combustion system is manufactured by first-rated domestic manufacturer.

3. Two times turbulence combustion design technology is adopted. And flying dust is separated with high temperature and also is inner circulating fluidized, and finally is re-combusted.

4. Light grate wall structure, good heat preservation performance, no ash leakage, and environment-friendly.

5. Furnace arch can be designed according to customers’ different requirements for types of coal.
